🌾 Twilight Tide: A Lughnasa Gathering: Beach Yoga, Twilight Swim & Evening Meditation

Join me on the cusp of Autumn for a heart-led gathering to honour Lughnasa, the Celtic festival of first harvest. With the evening light beginning to fade, we’ll meet at the shoreline to stretch, breathe, and check in with ourselves.
Lughnasa on 1st August, is a Celtic Festival and marks the beginning of the harvest season — a time to slow down and honour the work you've done so far. It’s a chance to pause, to notice what’s growing, what you're ready to release, and what you want to carry forward.
We’ll begin with a beach yoga practice, flowing mindfully with the rhythms of the evening tide. As light fades, we’ll settle into a guided meditation and breathwork session, supporting the nervous system and connecting inward. Then a little time for quiet reflection with some guided journaling prompts to help you take stock of your harvest. Then an optional swim - a symbolic and sensory way to release, renew, and honour the turning of the wheel. Followed by a little boogie to music on the sand to warm up :)

WEATHER: The light rain is due to clear at 4pm and be dry for the evening with a light westerly breeze from the sea. But please note if the weather takes a turn for the worst unexpectedly I do sometimes call a raincheck so please check your emails and social media close to our start time
