Winter Warmer: Sunday Yoga & Sauna Fenit

• Sauna Slots: 12pm - 1pm & 1pm - 1.30pm (choose your preferred slot when booking)

Join us for a relaxing Sunday morning in Fenit. We’ll begin with a chilled-out Sunday morning flow yoga class, open to all levels (including beginners). Expect movement, breath, and a reset for body and mind. After class, you’ll have the option to enjoy a social sauna session and a cleansing sea dip.

There are only 16 tickets available – 8 for each sauna slot (12pm & 12.30pm). When booking, please select the ticket for your preferred time. There are also 2 tickets available for yoga (no sauna)

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat

• Blanket

• Water to sip on

• Swimwear and flip-flops (if you’re joining the sauna/sea dip)

• Please bring a towel to sit on (required for hygiene).

• A plastic water bottle is advised, as metal bottles can get too hot.

Adults only (18+). If you are pregnant or have any underlying health conditions, please consult your doctor before using the sauna.

Investment: €22 + booking fee (includes yoga, sauna). Please invest with intention as there are no refunds, roll overs, credits or transfers once booked
