Love Yoga? Love the beach? Love music? Join Maeve and DJ Jonno Brien and combine these 3 major loves in life together! Practise Yoga with your friends & family, the sounds of a live House Music DJ and the beach as your backdrop.  Its a unique practice of aligning our movements in tune with our breath, as we inhale and exhale to the rhythm of house music. A synergy of Body, Breath. Beat and Beach.

Join us on Saturday 1.45 pm for a 2pm start at the stone circle overlooking Ballyheigue Beach. No experience necessary, flexibility not a requirement!!! Spaces are limited - first come, first served basis - so arrive early ;)

Investment: €10 per person

Time: Arrive 1.45pm for 2pm start, finish 3.15pm

Location: Grass / stone circle overlooking the beach (Community Centre if raining heavily!)

Bring: Yoga mat / towel and some warm clothes you can stretch in & water

Suitable for: Ages 13 years and upwards (Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult).
