A truly joyous practise blending the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics and the loving-kindness of Thai massage. Unlike regular yoga, it’s practised in pairs or groups of 3 or more. The base lies on the floor, the flyer moves through postures balanced on the base’s hands & feet, the spotter keeps the flyer save and offers alignment cues. Some postures are more dynamic, others deeply therapeutic. Don’t be put off by the word ‘acrobatic’, the basic moves are accessible to anyone with a little fitness & flexibility. Open to all levels, complete beginners welcome. Starting with a Vinyasa Flow warm up, we will cover the elements of the practise in a safe & supportive environment. No partner needed, just your energy & playful spirit. Expect laughter & fun!
