This Yoga class has been designed for teenagers / young adults to enjoy the benefits of a Yoga practice in a non-competitive environment. It is particularly useful during periods of exam stress & pressure too. Open to all from 13 – 18 years old, especially beginners. Flexibility & fitness not required! Guys & Girls equally welcome!

About your Teacher:
I am a Tralee local, a fully insured & certified Vinyasa, Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher. I have experience teaching Yoga to Teens & young adults in my weekly mainstream classes and have had extremely positive feedback from parents and teenagers. I also work with Kerry’s Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services, teaching Yoga to Teenagers involved with this service. My ethos is that Yoga is for everyone & every body! You can expect a laid back, encouraging approach with me.
