"This is Your Life" Workshop Series

I’m delighted to invite you on a reflective journey with two free online new year workshops. Imagine we are sitting around a campfire together, under an endless star-lit sky. Workshop 1: "Past & Present You" 📆 Date: 17th January ⏰ Time: 7.30pm - 8.30pm

Set up camp in the pages of 2023, bask in the glow of your year by reflecting on your journey, what your loved & learned, and celebrate your joys. Like taking a bearing on a map, learn about who and where you are right now and where you’ve come from. Discover the power of a personal "Word of the Year" and explore the roots of your values, that anchor who you are and the kind of life you wish to live

Workshop 2: "Future You" 📆 Date: 24th January ⏰ Time: 7.30pm - 8.30pm

Venture into the woodland clearing of 2024 and point your life compass due north, by learning how to align your priorities with your values, harness the energy of seasons, and lean into lunar cycles to guide and support your dreams. Craft your spacious 2024 vision, that can be as wild, vast and full of wonder as the natural world
